Family bouncing off the walls? Good news–we’re ready for them to bounce off ours again! Sky Zone Milwaukee (Waukesha) is reopening on Wednesday, May 27th!

While we are reopening, we understand these continue to be uncertain times and want to assure you the health and well-being of our Guests and Team Members remain our first priority. That’s why, whenever you’re ready to visit, you’ll notice a few things have changed when you arrive at our park. But don’t worry, all the fun is still here! You’ve always been able to rely on us for innovative ways to play, and we continue to bring this spirit to how we tackle today’s challenges.

We are closely following CDC, local, and state health department guidelines as we plan for reopening and are ready to adapt our approach should these guidelines change. To provide your family a healthy space for active play, we have further reinforced our health and cleanliness measures, which include:
 
frequent cleaning
Increased daytime cleaning of all high-frequency touchpoints on a consistent basis in addition to regular cleaning procedures
 
hand sanitizer
Increased number of sanitizer stations throughout the park including at park entrance, select attractions, party rooms and bathrooms

Daily disinfectant spraying or fogging of entire park using products that meet the EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19
 
face masks
All Team Members required to wear a face covering/mask
 
Plexiglass
Newly installed Plexiglass partitions for Team Members assisting Guests at all cashier stations, front desk and party check-in area
 
safety training
New sanitation and safety training completed by all Team Members, along  with new sanitation and safety signage posted throughout park
 
reduced capacity
Reduced capacity by at least 50% and social distancing floor markers for queuing at lobby and key attractions
